Provides post-sales technical support for Telestream’s DIVA content management and video archive platform. Troubleshoots software, databases, storage, tape libraries, cloud systems, networks, integrations, and media workflows across Windows and Linux environments. Manages customer cases, SLAs, escalations, documentation, and engineering collaboration using Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence. Participates in global on-call support and contributes to knowledge-base content and customer advocacy.
