Leads complex eDiscovery projects, strategic client engagements, and project portfolios from planning through delivery. Manages schedules, budgets, resources, risks, scope, quality, communications, and reporting while coaching project teams and supporting PMO processes. Serves as a senior client contact, escalation point, and vertical leader. Supports sales, business development, industry presentations, customized client protocols, and internal process improvement initiatives.

Own consulting workstreams across legal operations, legal technology, contracting transformation, and Legal GenAI engagements. Conduct assessments, stakeholder interviews, workshops, process analyses, and technology evaluations. Develop recommendations, roadmaps, requirements, use cases, prompt libraries, and client deliverables. Manage timelines and dependencies, review junior consultants’ work, support proposals and presentations, and contribute to methodologies and thought leadership.

Leads strategic enterprise selling across Consilio’s sales organization. Partners with Regional Sales Directors, coaches high-value pursuits, manages strategic sellers, and supports the CRO in evolving go-to-market motions. Responsibilities include enterprise deal strategy, executive engagement, competitive positioning, negotiation planning, sales coaching, commercial playbook development, and cross-functional coordination. The role is remote or hybrid within the U.S. and requires 30–40% travel.

Leads client relationships and advises stakeholders on AI and advanced analytics strategies, workflows, use cases, and implementation. Coordinates teams, manages complex projects and escalations, evaluates solutions, mentors consultants, and identifies risks and improvement opportunities.
