Prospects for revenue, upsells clients across broadcast, digital, and OTT offerings, uses client insights and CRM tools to manage pipelines and forecasts, and partners with account teams to deliver customer service and contract fulfillment. The role also builds internal and external relationships and represents the media group at community events.

Support sales team to build, launch, and optimize digital media campaigns across broadcast, digital, and OTT. Prospect and upsell clients, create custom solutions, manage campaign entry and fulfillment, use Matrix/CRM for pipeline and forecasting, and coordinate with account teams for successful delivery.
