Lead a team to design and develop Commercial P&C products, drive pricing and underwriting segmentation, and create data-driven solutions to improve profitability, growth, and customer experience. Own the product roadmap, manage scaled agile delivery, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (actuarial, underwriting, claims, legal, IT), and lead launches, enhancements, and complex programs focused on P&L outcomes.
