Leads transaction management strategy and execution for complex enterprise real estate portfolios. Develops market optimization plans, negotiates transactions, manages brokerage and cross-functional resources, advises clients, oversees reporting and financial analysis, drives process and technology improvements, and mentors transaction management teams. The role supports strategic portfolio decisions, governance, value creation, and consistent delivery across major client accounts.

Supports global IFM and procurement transitions through data analysis, cleansing, mapping, validation, quality control, reporting, process optimization, and digital solution adoption. The role develops KPI reporting, automates workflows with AI tools, manages data across multiple business systems, creates process maps, documents decisions, prepares presentations, and serves as a technology subject matter expert. It collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, compliance, and client outcomes.

Provide analytical and reporting support to account and project teams: gather and validate financial data, perform quantitative analyses, maintain financial databases, troubleshoot invoicing and purchase orders, create Power BI and Smartsheet dashboards, produce ad-hoc reports, audit project budgets and closeouts, recommend process improvements, and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.

Develops and executes procurement category strategies for construction and capital projects. Leads strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, supplier performance oversight, risk governance, spend analytics, benchmarking, and value realization. Partners with business leaders, project teams, Legal, Finance, and Operations to improve supplier adoption, compliance, project delivery, and commercial outcomes. Also creates procurement playbooks, reporting, training, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Manage day-to-day transaction activity for a portfolio of corporate real estate clients, including negotiations, documentation, financial analysis, revenue tracking, process standardization, client presentations, team onboarding and oversight, and coordinating legal review and site visits to implement strategic real estate plans.

Provide transaction coordination and client service for corporate real estate portfolios: manage lease expirations, prepare negotiation summaries and reports, support documentation for leases/purchases/subleases, coordinate commissions and revenue entries, update TM systems (Fusion/CoStar/REFLEX), and perform portfolio reporting and administrative tasks.

Lead global marketing for Global Occupier Services, develop insight-driven strategy, align marketing with sales and pursuits, shape messaging and thought leadership, drive event strategy and industry engagement, manage a global marketing team, and measure/optimize pipeline influence and conversion.
