Perform buy-side and sell-side transaction due diligence for private equity funds, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers. Analyze financial and operational data, prepare Excel data books, and assess quality of earnings, debt, net working capital, and financial reporting trends. Lead portions of due diligence meetings, develop tailored reports, communicate findings, collaborate with teams, and build client relationships. The role requires at least three years of audit or transaction services experience and travel to client locations as needed.
