Lead and manage a field-based Mid-Market sales team to exceed quotas, recruit and onboard reps, develop rep-level plans, drive channel engagement, forecast sales, resolve escalations, and travel within territory (up to 50%).

Partner with sales to qualify enterprise opportunities, lead discovery workshops and security assessments, design secure architectures (network, cloud, SecOps, Zero Trust), deliver demos and executive presentations, and act as a trusted technical advisor through pre-sales and post-sales handoffs to ensure customer value realization.

Drive direct sales into SLED accounts in an assigned territory: build territory plans, develop executive relationships, respond to RFPs, negotiate contracts, and deploy Fortinet network and security solutions to meet quarterly sales targets.
