Own BigPanda’s corporate social and short-form video activation. Translate strategic narratives into social posts, executive thought leadership, videos, event content, carousels, and reusable content packages. Script, shoot, edit, caption, and publish platform-ready assets; support executives on camera; activate events in real time; and establish efficient content workflows. Monitor performance, maintain brand consistency, and use audience insights and AI-assisted tools to improve content quality and reach.

Lead multiple enterprise customer implementations of BigPanda’s AI-driven IT operations solutions from kickoff through go-live. Recruit, coach, and retain enterprise account executives while driving regional go-to-market execution, executive deal strategy, cross-functional alignment, and performance management. The role requires extensive enterprise software sales leadership experience, strong forecasting and MEDDPICC expertise, and consistent success exceeding B2B SaaS revenue targets.

Own BigPanda’s B2B SaaS digital marketing strategy, including SEO, AEO, GEO, website redesign and optimization, paid media, conversion, security, GDPR compliance, MarTech integration, analytics, and pipeline reporting. Lead agencies, contractors, developers, SEO partners, and vendors while advising senior leadership and driving digital growth through AI-informed search and high-performing web experiences.

Own enterprise customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and go-live. Design BigPanda solutions, integrations, workflows, data models, and automations; write scripts and tooling; troubleshoot complex implementation challenges; advise technical stakeholders; create reusable architecture patterns; and mentor Solutions Architects. The role requires strong experience with observability, ITSM, incident response, enterprise implementations, coding, architecture, documentation, and consultative communication.

Lead end-to-end recruiting across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A while managing a globally distributed recruiting team. Partner with senior leaders on hiring forecasts and talent strategy, personally source candidates, coach recruiters, build scalable interview and recruiting processes, and improve candidate and hiring manager experiences using recruiting metrics.

Manage complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles from prospecting through close. Build relationships with enterprise clients and partners, conduct product demonstrations, help prospects evaluate BigPanda’s IT operations platform, maintain accurate forecasts, prospect persistently, present to C-level executives, and exceed revenue targets. The role is remote-based in the Mid-Atlantic region and requires strong communication, executive presence, sales methodology experience, and a consistent record of quota overachievement.

Manage complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles, prospect proactively, demonstrate BigPanda’s AIOps platform, build executive-level customer relationships, evaluate client requirements, maintain accurate forecasts, and exceed revenue quotas. The role requires leading opportunities from prospecting through close while collaborating with internal teams and supporting customer success.

Manage and grow large, complex enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior IT leaders. Develop and execute strategic account plans, demonstrate platform value, drive revenue expansion and retention, lead complex global deal negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products and deliver customer outcomes. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and retention targets and provide market feedback to influence product direction.
