Design, build, and maintain a multi-tenant as-a-Service automation platform using ServiceNow. Develop requirements, lead ServiceNow development and integrations, automate ordering/billing/asset processes, monitor operations, create dashboards/reports, and document/configure platform lifecycle and security.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations using Oracle SOA Suite and integration tools. Build and consume SOAP/REST services, implement EDI and file-based integrations, write SQL/PLSQL for data support, troubleshoot production issues, produce technical documentation, and collaborate in an Agile team to deliver reliable integration solutions meeting SLAs.

Drive pipeline generation and sales enablement for WWT AI solutions across the AI Factory stack. Align with OEM partners and field teams, collaborate cross-functionally to design and sell architecture-led AI solutions, build relationships with decision-makers, forecast pipeline in Salesforce, and develop market intelligence and campaigns to grow AI revenue and partner impact.

Lead enterprise AI product strategy and execution: define roadmap, identify and prioritize AI use cases, build copilots and automation, run POCs, drive adoption, measure ROI, and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale AI solutions while enforcing governance and performance standards.

Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS R12 across AR, AP, GL, Projects, Costing, Fusion Tax, and O2C/P2P. Translate business requirements into functional specs, troubleshoot incidents within SLAs, write and tune SQL, manage integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP, EDI), maintain reports (OTBI/BI Publisher), support updates/patching, and produce documentation and training materials.

Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. Write JavaScript/Glide API code, create workflows and service catalog items, implement UI/client logic and ACLs, perform unit testing and debugging, assist with upgrades, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and coach teams through delivery in an agile environment.
