Collaborate with Technical Advisors and Customer Education to present value, increase ROI, and deliver product feedback. Provide accurate forecasts, complete trainings/certifications, attend trade shows and client meetings, and travel up to 50%.

The Director, Research - Power Markets is responsible for leading the QA/QC process for long-term forecasting, advising leadership, and ensuring market insights are effectively integrated into forecasts.

Design, maintain, and own high-throughput data ingestion and processing pipelines. Lead architecture and reliability initiatives, collaborate with Product Management, deliver scalable backend services (C#), and support observability, deployments, and operational support on cloud-native platforms.
