Leads end-to-end spacecraft programs from development through qualification, production, and delivery. Manages cross-functional engineering teams, schedules, budgets, risks, technical requirements, procurement, subcontractors, and interdependencies across a project portfolio. Provides strategic prioritization, data-driven decision-making, executive communication, and mentorship to program managers and team members. Requires aerospace hardware program expertise and familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum frameworks.

Lead technical programs across their full lifecycle, managing cross-functional teams, portfolios, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. Lead full lifecycle from concept through prototyping, run optical simulations, optimize for manufacturing/alignment tolerances and fiber coupling, perform optomechanical and Structural-Thermal-Optical analysis, integrate with cross-functional teams, document designs and tests, and mentor peers.

Administer and maintain IonQ's Salesforce Government Cloud org for federal sales: govern access and compliance, build declarative enhancements, manage data quality and releases, support Salesforce Shield controls and audits, produce reports/dashboards, triage federal requests, lead UAT, and maintain documentation and runbooks.

Design, deploy, and operate on-premises and cloud HPC clusters; develop automation and tooling for Linux systems; support researchers running simulations; integrate HPC with infrastructure; manage projects, priorities, and technical risks; become the internal resource for configuring, automating, and running HPC workloads.

Lead full-cycle PCBA design for spaceflight hardware: requirements, schematic/layout, bring-up, test, verification, and manufacturing handoff. Collaborate with RF, mechanical, software, and FPGA teams, mentor junior engineers, engage CMs/vendors, and drive failure analysis and flight-readiness for high-reliability satellite electronics.
