Manages private banking client relationships throughout mortgage and commercial lending processes, from prequalification and credit analysis through underwriting, closing, and post-close servicing. Supports Relationship Managers with prospect meetings, pricing, deal structuring, client communications, and pipeline management. Reviews clients for deposit opportunities and coordinates meetings and events. Provides credit pre-screening support and mentors junior Client Relations Managers and Associates.

Leads a team of Residential Lending Specialists and oversees the residential mortgage pipeline from application through closing. Handles complex underwriting, resolves escalated issues, improves processes, monitors KPIs, and reports on loan quality and team performance. Provides coaching and mentorship while collaborating with sales, processing, and closing teams. Supports strategic initiatives to improve lending efficiency and business growth.

Manage monthly default loan reporting for FNMA, FHLMC, mortgage insurers, private investors, and VA. Review status codes, delinquency reasons, and documentation; resolve illogical conditions before reporting deadlines. Maintain system mapping and administrative tables, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, coordinate with business partners and vendors, lead meetings, support process improvement projects, and provide backup reporting for HUD, USDA, and GNMA portfolios.

Lead delivery of a centralized CIAM platform to consolidate authentication across channels, drive OTP consolidation, and implement passwordless, adaptive authentication using passkeys, biometrics, device intelligence, and AI-driven risk signals. Partner with Security, Fraud, Digital, and Technology to set enterprise authentication standards, ensure omnichannel identity orchestration, drive adoption, and measure KPIs like authentication success, fraud loss, and conversion.

Monitor security events and analyze logs, NetFlow, and packet captures to identify threats and potential incidents. Escalate incidents, assess vulnerability intelligence, apply mitigation techniques, and support intrusion analysis, malware eradication, data loss prevention, and incident response. The role requires staying current with security technologies and emerging threats while communicating technical information effectively in a dynamic, on-site SOC environment.

Lead delivery of a centralized CIAM platform to consolidate authentication and identity verification across channels. Define roadmap for passwordless and risk-based authentication (passkeys, biometrics, device intelligence), embed AI-driven identity intelligence, drive OTP consolidation, ensure enterprise standards and governance, partner across Security, Fraud, Digital, and Technology, own delivery outcomes, adoption, and KPIs tied to fraud reduction and customer experience.

Participate in a 10–12 week Internal Audit internship supporting audit planning, fieldwork, reporting, continuous control monitoring, corrective action validation, and data analysis. Interns may work across commercial or consumer banking, risk and compliance, finance and accounting, or information technology audit teams. The program includes professional development, leadership exposure, training, and consideration for a future Internal Audit Rotational Program.
