Coordinate transitions from Sales to Operations, manage purchase orders and vendor subcontracts, assist with cost recording and forecasting, and resolve billing backlog with internal and external stakeholders.

Design and integrate components for commercial scroll and screw heat pumps and chillers. Lead product development, perform engineering analysis and lab validation, create BOMs and specs, drive quality and reliability solutions, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and global teams.
