Develops and manages DoD and Federal business opportunities, customer relationships, and multi-year revenue pipelines. Conducts market and competitive research, identifies and qualifies opportunities, tracks pipeline metrics, supports RFIs and Sources Sought responses, and assists capture and proposal managers with capture plans, gate reviews, and proposal development. Requires familiarity with DoD acquisition, federal opportunity data-mining tools, business development processes, and customer engagement.
