Negotiate and manage high-volume pre-M&A contracts, including NDAs, confidentiality agreements, NRLs, joinders, and engagement letters. Serve as the primary client contact for investment funds and asset managers, maintain contract playbooks, mentor junior legal staff, and improve Carta’s AI-backed legal technology tools and processes.

Provide day-to-day legal counsel for investment fund and asset manager clients, negotiating high volumes of pre-M&A contracts (NDAs, NRLs, joinders, engagement letters), maintaining client playbooks, mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals, and contributing to improvement of Carta's legal technology and AI-backed contract tools.
