Perform systems engineering across concept, design, integration, verification, and validation for ground segment systems. Develop and decompose requirements, create test procedures, perform trade studies and interface definition, and support system-level analyses and supportability. Work within Agile/Jira processes and collaborate on system verification and RF/mission data analysis.

Manage incidents, changes, and schedules; maintain Windows/Linux VMs, virtualized/ containerized environments; administer AD and accounts; support DevOps tool integration; create SOPs and provide Tier 1/2 troubleshooting.

Lead systems engineering for the Sentinel program: develop use cases, define and allocate requirements, create system architecture and interfaces using MBSE (Cameo/MagicDraw/Rhapsody), ensure verification/validation and requirements traceability, and produce model-based artifacts and processes.

Lead DevOps planning and automation for rapid capability maturation: design and implement CI/CD pipelines, build/deploy/provisioning standards, infrastructure provisioning scripts, monitoring and security strategies, support Linux/containerized environments, integrate messaging systems, and collaborate with development and vendors to ensure reliable production deployments.

Designs and executes comprehensive system-level test plans, coordinates integrated testing, analyzes system performance and logs, and installs/troubleshoots COTS and custom software within constrained schedules and budgets.
