Lead supplier and subcontractor management for naval systems manufacturing. Manage schedules, material strategy, supplier performance, change control, risks/opportunities, RFIs/RFPs, technical evaluations, and executive reporting to meet program cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Lead hardware engineering efforts for the C2BMC missile defense program, supporting hardware architecture, BOM management, procurement, EOS/EOL analysis, and CDRL delivery. Coordinate with architecture boards, logistics, and cross-functional teams to select, baseline, and evaluate COTS hardware and network devices while maintaining security and program-specific requirements.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise CI/CD and DevOps solutions for missile defense systems. Build pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins), automate with Python/Java/Bash/PowerShell, implement IaC and SDN, collaborate across teams, produce documentation and KPIs, and support occasional off-hours and travel.

Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN networks for the C2BMC program. Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Palo Alto); monitor performance, perform root cause analysis, and resolve connectivity issues. Support network design, security controls (STIG), multi-vendor environments, and travel to remote sites for installations and incident response, including off-hours support.

Lead development and execution of Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Level-of-Repair Analysis (LORA), FMECA/RAM assessments, spares optimization, technical data and ILS planning. Ensure standards compliance, manage configuration/data, coordinate vendors, and support program proposals and sustainment with cross-functional teams.

Lead systems architecture for C2BMC missile defense capabilities, defining physical, functional, and technical architectures. Collaborate with software, network, cyber, DevSecOps, and test teams; present designs, support MBSE (CAMEO), and act as technical lead on integrated DoD programs. Must solve complex problems, support development/test/deployment, and work on-site.

Provide first-level technical support and 24x7 operations for C2BMC-G systems, monitor systems, troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, document events, assist with user account maintenance, and follow leadership tasking for operations, tests, and real-world events.
