Perform systems engineering across the full Vee for missile defense, space, and intelligence programs. Develop systems artifacts, SysML-based architectures, requirements, V&V, modeling/simulation support, data analysis (MATLAB/Python), mentor junior engineers, support proposals and trade studies, and travel up to 10%. Active Top Secret/SCI required.

Develop and validate mission-level models and simulations (using GOTS tools such as AFSIM and STK) for missile defense, space, and intelligence programs in a classified environment. Support MS&A project teams, mentor junior engineers, perform analysis, V&V, trade studies, and contribute to proposals and operations research activities. Work collaboratively and autonomously, with occasional travel and required Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Lead mission and quality assurance across software- and hardware-intensive ground systems: enforce QMS/AS9100 compliance, perform audits, drive RCCA, manage supplier and program MA, implement ROMP risk/opportunity processes, and support verification, testing, and continuous improvement.

Develop high-fidelity ballistic and hypersonic kinematic threat models, apply engineering and mathematical algorithms to simulate missile and launch vehicle trajectories, research parameters (staging, debris, countermeasures), author V&V documentation, and collaborate with systems and software engineers to support MDA/BMDS ground test architectures. On-site at Schriever SFB; requires U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance; up to 10% travel.

Lead technical propulsion analyses, develop and validate performance models, perform trade studies, mentor engineers, manage project delivery and customer interactions, support proposals and business development for advanced tactical propulsion systems.

Support day-to-day global supply chain and subcontract execution across program phases. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, review change impacts, develop performance scores and recovery plans, manage subcontract/material forecasting, ensure schedules and on-time delivery, prepare leadership briefings, and support supplier visits.

Support and optimize SAP S/4 Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes, including OpenText VIM/OCR. Provide lifecycle implementation and production support, troubleshoot integrations and authorization issues, develop/tests changes, assist month-end accruals and audits, and drive process improvements and documentation. Act as liaison between business and technical teams and provide on-call/after-hours support as needed.

Provide administrative and hands-on support for goods movement, logistics, and supply chain operations. Track and stage raw materials and parts, perform shipping/receiving and warehouse tasks, use SAP transactions, pack and move inventory, operate company vehicles, and report material status to production and integration teams.

Lead development and execution of integrated customer communications plans to support business priorities. Research customer organizations and monitor industry/news to inform strategy. Create and maintain high‑value customer materials (briefings, one‑pagers, executive decks), coordinate with sector and media teams, and partner with business development, program, and government relations stakeholders. Ensure messaging alignment, measure outcomes, and support Customer Relations Team activities while upholding quality, ethics, security, and brand standards. Travel up to 25%.

Design and implement full-stack satellite ground software (OS, platform, mission layers). Build client/server services using service-oriented and message-bus architectures. Develop command-and-control, mission planning, constraint checking, and 2D/3D visualization tools. Work with C++, Python, Docker/Kubernetes, Postgres, Ansible, PKI and cloud provisioning. Produce software architecture documentation and support Agile/DevOps development and integration.
