Leads IT infrastructure projects supporting high-performance computing environments for Space Domain Awareness radar systems. Manages design, build, integration, delivery, schedules, budgets, technical objectives, security, and performance requirements. Coordinates multidisciplinary IT and engineering teams, provides technical guidance and mentoring, represents projects with customers, delivers briefings, and recommends improvements to HPC, cybersecurity, and infrastructure architectures.

Responsibilities include closing work orders in MRP, picking and ordering materials, monitoring production status, escalating issues, coordinating part deliveries across departments, and ensuring production documentation is available. The role requires inventory and operations support experience, manufacturing knowledge, strong communication skills, and forklift capability. Lean principles, status reporting, and process improvement experience are preferred.

Manages subcontract administrators and oversees subcontract lifecycle activities, including sourcing, negotiations, pricing, contract terms, supplier performance, risk mitigation, compliance, and closeout. Advises leadership on contractual obligations, supports proposals, manages supplier recovery plans, coordinates cross-functional mitigation strategies, and develops training for subcontract specialists. Requires expertise in FAR, DFARS, data rights, flow-downs, and government contracting.

Develops and integrates prototype software for missile-defense capabilities within the C2BMC X-Lab. Responsibilities include full-cycle Java software engineering, systems-informed design, application deployment, integration, troubleshooting across Windows and Linux, build and test automation, configuration management, and automated testing. The role requires collaboration in a fast-paced environment, active Secret clearance, IAT Level II certification, on-site work, and 10% travel.

Develop and optimize radar digital signal processing software for identifying and tracking objects in geosynchronous orbit. Responsibilities include designing, testing, debugging, and documenting software; developing DSP algorithms and pipelines; accelerating workloads with GPUs and CUDA; collaborating with hardware and equipment engineers; and using AI-enabled engineering tools for coding, refactoring, and test generation.

Conduct system audits, security assessments, continuous monitoring, and security control evaluations. Validate requirements, recommend safeguards, support government accreditation testing, manage POA&M corrective actions, and maintain IATO and ATO authorizations. The role supports satellite operations and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with counterintelligence polygraph, cybersecurity certification meeting U.S. Government 8140 requirements, and on-site work at Schriever SFB.

Directs all phases of a large radar development and deployment program, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, resources, subcontractors, suppliers, customer relationships, contracts, proposals, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams of more than 150 personnel. Leads integrated product teams and coordinates engineering, business, contracts, supply chain, production, and mission assurance activities to deliver complex radar capabilities across distributed operational sites.
