Lead research and development of RL/SL algorithms for space autonomy. Prototype in Python/JAX/PyTorch and port to embedded C++/CUDA. Drive verification, Monte-Carlo/HIL/PIL campaigns, simulation development, and full software lifecycle for spaceflight systems.

Lead the transition of multiple simulation software products from manual to automated testing by defining strategy, selecting frameworks, building automated test suites (unit, API, UI), embedding automation in CI/CD, coaching teams, tracking quality metrics, and interfacing with stakeholders to improve product quality across the TASD program.

Develop systems engineering products supporting BOA software capabilities. Perform technical planning, support design reviews, develop/tracking tools, collaborate with IPTs on requirements, architecture, and verification strategies. Conduct pre-review assessments and contribute to requirements development and analysis. On-site in Boulder; requires active DoD Secret clearance.
