Perform systems engineering lifecycle tasks, plan and execute formal reviews and hardware test events, own fabrication/assembly documentation and configuration control, and manage hardware verification, qualification, risks, and field support operations.

Support Program Manager in leading cost, schedule, and technical execution of a ground antenna program. Duties include proposal support, milestone and baseline management, EVM-based budgeting, risk/opportunity management, IPT leadership, stakeholder presentations, contract change control, resource allocation, and government property management. Ensure adherence to contractual and internal processes to deliver program requirements.
