The Attorney will provide legal advice on mutual fund matters, assist with board governance, regulatory compliance, and oversee related meetings and documentation.

Lead distribution strategy and intermediary relationships for retirement products; manage consultant, TPA, broker-dealer and RFP teams; drive growth, reporting, product and conference strategy; sponsor key client relationships and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
