Develop and modernize Spring Boot microservices in Java 21: refactor monoliths, design REST APIs, integrate with Oracle databases, implement security best practices, optimize performance, create tests, and collaborate with EPA stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Provide senior procurement support for cloud products and tools: manage purchase requisitions, vendor relationships, license administration, asset tracking, renewals, funding/ROMs, and contract deliverables using Jira/Confluence and other procurement systems. Ensure timely, compliant procurements, track funding against contracts, coordinate training, and drive process improvements to optimize spend and customer experience.

Provide day-shift help desk support: troubleshoot network, desktop, hardware, software and telecommunications issues; resolve tickets and calls; diagnose problems using historical records; escalate to specialists; maintain tracking databases and report recurring issues.
