Develop, enhance, test, deploy, and support clinical applications within the IHS RPMS system. Analyze requirements, translate designs into code, troubleshoot complex software issues, address accessibility and security considerations, support testing and documentation, provide customer support, and report on technical findings and project progress while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Develops rack, cabling, grounding, electrical, cooling, and equipment layouts; manages government, contractor, and subcontractor installation teams; coordinates facility upgrades and network, fiber, ISP, and OSP integration; ensures compliance with DoD, UFC, TIA/EIA, and I3A standards; and supports design reviews and customer briefings.

Design and maintain data-driven backend systems to provide secure, high-performance search and analytics for national security missions. Develop APIs and microservices (Flask/FastAPI), backend services for data ingestion and retrieval, perform EDA on CAI/PAI datasets, and implement DevSecOps practices with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS). Work onsite supporting SOCNORTH at Peterson AFB.

Deploys, hardens, troubleshoots, and modernizes Windows and .NET applications across on-premises environments and AWS. The role is remote but requires weekly onsite availability in Rockville, Maryland, and may involve occasional after-hours maintenance or outage troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include supervising engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and agency labor; coordinating government stakeholders, base access, schedules, materials, and deployments; validating designs and engineering deliverables; leading reviews and planning; mitigating risks; and supporting program execution. The role requires extensive OSP/ISP, fiber optic, telecommunications room, Air Force and Space Force standards experience, an active Secret clearance, and extensive travel to Eielson Air Force Base.
