Serve as senior agile business analyst on a cloud-based case management modernization program. Lead backlog decomposition, define DoR/DoD, craft user stories and acceptance criteria, map and document business processes with Visio, support testing and deployments, collaborate with architects, product owners, and teams to manage scope, risks, and deliverables, and drive continuous improvement across multiple development teams.

Lead design and execution of data migration, archival, and disaster recovery for a cloud-based court case management modernization. Own migration strategy, data lifecycle and retention, DR/HA design and drills, tooling evaluation, documentation, and coordination with Data Engineering, Governance, Security, and stakeholders to ensure auditable, resilient, and compliant migrations.

Design and deliver end-to-end BI architecture, dashboards, self-service reporting, and predictive analytics. Integrate analytics into the CMM application, enforce data governance, ensure performance SLAs, support AI/ML solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and metadata processes within a regulated environment.

Serve as Senior Scrum Master for SAFe teams: facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain JIRA, coach Agile practices, remove impediments, coordinate releases with Product Management, drive continuous improvement, participate in Scrum of Scrums, and ensure delivery transparency and team maturity.

Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, document, and govern data and reporting requirements. Produce source-to-target mappings, user stories, acceptance criteria, and audit-ready documentation. Coordinate data governance, validate data models with engineers, support testing and UAT, contribute metadata definitions, and maintain Agile artifacts to deliver compliant cloud-based reporting, analytics, and AI/ML data products.
