Serve as a subject-matter expert for global consolidation and corporate reporting. Prepare and review consolidation entries, reconciliations, and schedules; analyze consolidated results and trends; coordinate with domestic and international finance teams; maintain reporting documentation and controls; and support internal and external audits and reporting process improvements.

Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), extract and analyze financial data, maintain XBRL tagging and Workiva documents, support SOX controls and external audits, mentor staff, recommend process improvements, and ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.

Provide U.S. GAAP technical accounting guidance; develop and maintain global accounting policies; analyze accounting implications of transactions; perform independent research; monitor new standards and prepare memos, disclosures, and policy implementations; collaborate with senior management, external auditors, legal, regulators, and consultants as technical accounting SME.

Designs and delivers onboarding and refresher training for licensed financial advisors, conducts call monitoring and interaction reviews, identifies compliance and performance gaps, provides coaching and feedback, documents quality findings, and partners with Compliance and business teams to ensure training aligns with firm policy.
