Manage and grow regional engineering services for studies and protection & controls. Lead and mentor engineering team, drive pipeline and forecasting with sales, oversee backlog and project execution, monitor financials, utilization and costs, coordinate with service centers and Manila team, and perform engineering tasks as needed.

Perform acceptance, commissioning, and maintenance testing on medium/high-voltage electrical systems up to 500kV. Conduct power system studies, test and calibrate protective relays, perform insulation and contact resistance testing, analyze results and author reports, troubleshoot system failures, mentor Level I/II technicians, lead multi-discipline projects, and maintain compliance with NETA, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards.
