Provides in-house legal support for C-PACE financing transactions of $10 million or more, including drafting agreements, conducting legal diligence, reviewing closing and conveyancing documents, coordinating recordation, tracking post-closing matters, and supporting capital markets and new business initiatives. Requires experience representing commercial real estate lenders, with preferred expertise in C-PACE structures, securitization, secondary markets, workouts, and forbearance agreements.
