The role includes mentorship, classroom training, hands-on experience, and customer interactions to prepare candidates for a technical sales career.

Manage the full sales cycle for building construction solutions, including prospecting, customer qualification, solution development, proposals, contract negotiation, closing, and ongoing service support. Develop territory sales plans, maintain pipelines and forecasts, conduct demonstrations and seminars, prepare financial justifications, attend trade events, and grow existing accounts. The role focuses on selling to construction industry customers, including electrical contractors, with emphasis on fire alarm and security systems.
