Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to redesign operating models, evaluate AI and RPA opportunities, establish governance, manage organizational change, and deliver measurable productivity and ROI improvements. Facilitates Kaizen workshops, develops business cases and KPIs, tracks value realization, and promotes enterprise adoption of digital solutions.

Leads brand and specialty pharmaceutical category management, including supplier relationships, marketing and sales planning, pricing, profitability, product launches, distribution negotiations, SKU optimization, and product content. Analyzes category performance and financial metrics, develops growth strategies, oversees channel marketing, and mentors category management staff. Requires strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, project management, and decision-making skills, with limited travel under 10%.

Owns regional Record-to-Report service delivery across accounting close, reconciliations, journals, controls, SLAs, KPIs, capacity planning, vendor coordination, escalations, and process improvement. The role aligns regional execution with global standards, manages outsourced and retained teams, supports transitions into GBS, and partners with finance leadership across multiple countries and entities.
