Manage Cisco service contract renewals for an assigned account base: create quotes/proposals, identify upsell and white-space opportunities, reconcile contract inventory, process orders, collaborate with account teams and Cisco, forecast pipeline, and deliver client QBRs to drive renewal and Services EA adoption.

Design, develop, and implement scalable data and analytics solutions. Lead data modeling, ETL, warehousing, BI implementations, and performance optimization. Engage with clients for requirements, presales scoping, and deliver thought leadership. Mentor project teams and drive platform and process improvements across multiple Azure/GCP/AWS engagements.
