Leads electrical and hardware systems engineering for medical device R&D programs. Coordinates subsystem owners, translates product requirements into integrated designs, manages technical documentation and traceability, applies medical device standards, reviews schematics and PCBA layouts, supports CAD integration, and oversees testing, validation, stage-gate processes, manufacturing partners, and product launches. Requires strong systems thinking, cross-functional leadership, and experience delivering regulated product releases.
