Lead and scale the Customer Success organization for an enterprise B2B SaaS security platform. Manage and coach CSMs, improve retention and expansion, oversee account-risk mitigation, track NRR, GRR, CSAT, and NPS, and ensure customers achieve measurable security outcomes. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering on transitions, roadmap feedback, adoption, and expansion opportunities while improving processes through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
