Designs and manages instructor-led and virtual learning programs for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences. Responsibilities include client discovery, learning outcomes, curriculum and activity development, AI-enabled learning experiences, facilitator and learner materials, stakeholder and vendor coordination, instructor enablement, quality assurance, program timelines, and productization of reusable learning components. The role requires applying adult learning principles, translating complex technical concepts, using workplace AI tools, and adapting programs to client and learner needs.

Lead design and development of instructor-led and virtual instructor-led programs, including AI-enabled learning. Own client-facing discovery, outcomes, materials, assessments, instructor enablement, project management, and productization of reusable learning components across enterprise audiences.

Drive enterprise revenue growth through new business development, strategic account planning, executive relationship management, complex RFPs, proposals, contract negotiations, and lengthy sales cycles. Maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy in Salesforce, collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams, and provide input shaping the product roadmap. The role is U.S. remote with 25% travel for events.
