Lead finance for the IEO Ops & Missions portfolio, supervising five analysts. Ensure program financial performance through budgeting, cost accounting, forecasting, EACs, customer reporting, AOP/LRP planning, bid support, balance sheet analysis, cash optimization, and talent development.

Perform accounting data extraction and reconciliations, monitor costs and labor charging, support subcontract/material procurement financial controls, and conduct time-phased budgeting, variance analysis, forecasts, and risk/opportunity management.
