Lead financial execution and earned value management for a DoD AMRAAM EMD contract. Coordinate EVMS submissions, present and defend monthly estimates and baselines, analyze EV metrics and costs, provide forecasting and guidance, and partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams to drive execution and process improvements.

Perform accounting data extraction and reconciliations, monitor costs and labor charging, support subcontract/material procurement financial controls, and conduct time-phased budgeting, variance analysis, forecasts, and risk/opportunity management. Produce monthly forecasts, quarterly EACs and LREs, CDRLs, WBS and Work Authorization Documents, and assist Program Management with financial review slides and ad hoc financial reporting.

The Manager, Contracts will oversee contract execution, guide contractual issues, support proposals, negotiate contracts, and liaise with cross-functional teams.

Provide program-level cost control and financial analysis including monthly EVMS, quarterly EACs, weekly reporting, staffing analysis, and CDRL deliveries. Interface with program leadership and cross-functional teams, improve processes, support FP&A, and produce external EV reporting for aerospace/defense programs.
