Leads the design, analysis, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and sustainment of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits, spacecraft electronics, and special test equipment. Travel to customer sites and occasional off-hours test support may be required.

Develops and leads defense proposal pricing and estimating activities, including cost models, financial analyses, rate studies, cash-flow analysis, NPV, IRR, and bid strategies. Coordinates cost, schedule, and technical inputs, supports negotiations and DCAA audits, ensures compliance with FAR and DFARS requirements, and improves estimating policies and processes. May guide junior analysts and present recommendations to executives, customers, and audit agencies.

Develops subsystem requirements, CAMEO models, and model-based systems engineering products. Supports requirements writing, verification planning, testing, modeling, validation, and end-to-end systems integration. Collaborates across engineering disciplines to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications, conduct trade studies, define interfaces, and support design evolution and milestone reviews. Requires onsite work, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret.
