The Equipment Associate performs various manual tasks to assist branch operations, ensuring equipment is checked, cleaned, and prepared for rental, while providing excellent customer service.

Serve as primary customer contact for trench safety equipment rentals: quote, sell, fulfill orders, establish accounts, generate leads, educate customers, dispatch deliveries, assist with loading/unloading, maintain showroom, and support branch growth while ensuring safety compliance.
