The Compensation Partner advises leaders and HR stakeholders on compensation philosophy, pay administration, incentives, job architecture, market analysis, FLSA compliance, and regulatory requirements. The role evaluates salary and bonus requests, analyzes pay equity and workforce trends, prepares leadership presentations, and implements compensation programs and initiatives.
