Designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates Learning and Development programs across the organization. Conducts needs assessments, advises leaders on workforce development, facilitates employee and senior-level training, researches best practices, and supports instructional design, program management, performance management, recruiting, compensation, coaching, and organizational development initiatives. Collaborates with HR and business stakeholders and travels occasionally to support global locations.
