As a Support Specialist, you will ensure technical delivery and operational resilience across digital platforms, support user testing, and leverage AI tools for efficiency.

Lead end-to-end streaming ad integrations and own high-severity delivery investigations. Build analytical frameworks using SQL and Databricks against large ad-log datasets, maintain FreeWheel configurations, define implementation and QA standards, and partner with product, yield, sales, and stations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Mentor other engineers and improve troubleshooting/escalation frameworks.

Book, research, and confirm guests for OutKick streaming shows; cultivate relationships and maintain an extensive contact network. Produce pre-interviews, pitch segment ideas, source relevant clips, and meet tight deadlines during breaking news. Work closely with producers and the executive producer to generate timely, creative angles and support live production needs.
