Lead technical execution for a large-scale AWS data lake supporting government operations. Create engineering designs, run lab tests and AoAs, develop tech-refresh strategies, support blue/green deployments and VDI troubleshooting, and transition solutions to operations while collaborating with stakeholders and driving continual service improvement.

Manage end-to-end IT projects for an intelligence customer: plan, execute, monitor, and close projects; oversee schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and technical transitions; ensure SLA performance and create required documentation and reports.

Create, edit, and manage technical content (user guides, datasheets, white papers, policies). Interview subject matter experts, design visuals and templates, maintain document repositories and revision control, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve publication workflows.

Provide Tier 2 SharePoint and M365 platform administration across on-prem, cloud, and classified environments. Deploy, integrate, monitor, and maintain SharePoint services and integrated tools (Tableau, Power Apps); manage authentication (claims-based, PKI) and RBAC; perform patching, capacity analysis, testing, and blue/green deployments; create SOPs and reports; participate in continual service improvement and support transfer of engineered solutions.

Oversee operations and ensure compliance at the facility. Act as a liaison, manage resources, develop strategies, and maintain safety and efficiency standards.
