Design, implement, and manage RF ground systems infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud platforms. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate tasks with Python/Shell, apply DevSecOps security practices, participate in incident response, ensure compliance, and collaborate with development, operations, and security teams.

Provide Tier 2 support, automate patch management, test solutions in lab environments, produce SOPs and compliance reporting, and participate in continual service improvement.

Contribute to systems design and define capabilities, performance requirements, architectures, interfaces, and system models. Support integration and design planning for hardware and software solutions, including RF and SIGINT systems, using SAFe Agile practices. Collaborate with DoD/Intelligence Community stakeholders and apply Targeting/TCPED understanding to enable technology roadmaps.
