As a Technical Consultant, you'll design and support enterprise GIS systems using ArcGIS, focusing on deployment strategies, troubleshooting, and customer engagement.

Manage and grow commercial accounts by applying GIS/Esri solutions, building relationships, developing account strategies, and driving adoption. Prospect, present, negotiate, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions, support visual storytelling, and meet sales goals. Travel 25-50% and support customer success across Hi-Tech, Media & Entertainment, Consumer Goods & Services, and Financial Services.

The role involves advising customers on GIS technology, solving complex business challenges, and leading technical meetings to drive revenue. Responsibilities include creating innovative solutions, presenting strategies, and coaching team members while serving as a technical expert in the GIS field for electric, gas, and telecommunications sectors.

Design, write, and execute automated tests (functional, performance, scalability, durability); build and maintain test frameworks; create integration and regression test cases; analyze failures, troubleshoot issues, measure test coverage, and collaborate with product and software engineers to improve software quality.

Build and maintain prototype web mapping applications and visualizations using JavaScript/TypeScript and ArcGIS web SDKs. Create interactive 2D/3D cartographic UIs with modern frameworks, collaborate with SDK teams, experiment with WebGL and real-time browser visualizations, and support early-stage geospatial innovation.

Manage and grow partner relationships with systems integrators and business partners in the natural resources sector. Develop account plans, align partner solutions with customer opportunities, support partner marketing and sales activities, provide on-site training and enablement, and drive revenue through channel strategy and account management.

Serve as a technical advisor and solutions lead for enterprise customers, demonstrating ArcGIS capabilities, designing complex GIS solutions, integrating GIS with enterprise systems, supporting sales, delivering presentations, and troubleshooting deployments across cloud and on-prem architectures.

Lead and grow the AWS strategic partnership to drive ArcGIS adoption and revenue. Manage partner relationships, execute co-sell/resell GTM initiatives, drive partner-influenced pipeline, negotiate agreements, enable partner teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and monitor forecasts and performance. Requires domestic/international travel (25–50%).
