The Senior Product Manager for Predictions will oversee product delivery, collaborate across teams, and ensure the exchange technology meets market needs while managing the product lifecycle.

Lead end-to-end creation of performance-driven paid and social assets using AI-augmented workflows, motion and static design. Collaborate with Growth and Creative teams to iterate on CTR/CPA-driven creative, build AI-enhanced templates and SOPs, and deliver rapid, market-tailored visuals for US and EU channels.

Design, build, and optimize high-throughput, highly available backend services in Golang for 24/7 sports and prediction-market applications. Lead architecture decisions, implement features, diagnose and resolve high-concurrency bottlenecks, and provide high-tier operational support for real-time transactional systems.

Manage and support the U.S. compliance program, focusing on BSA/AML, consumer compliance (Reg E, UDAAP), audits, regulatory remediation, policy maintenance, due diligence, and cross-functional coordination with regulators and stakeholders.

Manage daily clearinghouse risk, margining, settlement pricing, and default management. Respond to regulators and audits, oversee client onboarding risk, drive product listings from a clearing perspective, design margin and liquidation strategies, and perform quantitative research on default procedures and systemic exposure.

Manage daily FCM risk across a multi-asset clearing ecosystem: track intraday and EOD risk metrics, MTM/index pricing impacts, client onboarding risk assessments, regulatory reporting, product listing and design, margin model calibration, liquidation strategies, and quantitative scenario analysis to ensure client and firm resilience.

Develop and validate derivatives pricing models, monitor and analyze portfolio risk, design automated liquidation algorithms, perform stress testing and scenario analysis, provide risk input for product onboarding and parameters, analyze market microstructure, and support internal risk dashboards and analytical tools.

Build data foundations and end-to-end pipelines, research and implement quantitative pricing, market-making, and risk models for prediction markets, model cross-market dependencies and parlays, develop backtesting/simulation frameworks, monitor model performance and collaborate closely with traders to improve pricing and trading outcomes.

Monitor real-time and historical derivatives trading to detect market abuse, investigate flagged transactions, prepare investigative reports, ensure regulatory compliance, support KYC/AML enforcement, and collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Technology to improve surveillance protocols.

Plan and own a sports-focused content calendar across web, SEO/AEO, affiliates, social and ASO. Create timely, commercially-focused content around major US sports and betting/prediction markets, coordinate cross-functional teams, brief writers, track SEO/AEO and performance, run digital PR, and use AI workflows to accelerate production.
