Owns Guidebook’s complete accounting function as a solo Controller, including month-end close, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, cash management, corporate cards, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax coordination, insurance administration, and NetSuite ownership. The role also improves and documents processes, strengthens controls, supports audits and diligence, and serves as the primary accounting resource for leadership.

Own and grow a portfolio of higher education customers through renewals, account expansion, pipeline generation, discovery, demos, forecasting, and closing. The role requires managing commercial relationships across complex institutions, identifying new departments and stakeholders, and meeting customers at campuses and industry events. The Account Manager will use Salesforce, collaborate cross-functionally, and operate remotely from the U.S. East Coast with frequent travel.
