Lead Geotab’s global ethics and compliance programs by developing risk-based strategies, conducting internal investigations, maintaining compliance policies, assessing risks, and advising cross-functional stakeholders. The role focuses on anti-bribery, third-party risk, sanctions, records retention, business continuity, automation, and AI-enabled compliance workflows. The Compliance Lead will drive continuous improvement, regulatory awareness, self-service tools, and integration of compliance practices across the organization.

Represents the company at trade shows and conferences while serving as a subject matter expert for partners and resellers.

Drive annual recurring revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise fleet-management opportunities. Manage assigned sales opportunities, develop consultative sales strategies, maintain accurate forecasting and engagement records in Salesloft and Salesforce, collaborate with revenue operations and partner teams, support enterprise RFX processes, analyze market and competitive trends, and build telematics industry expertise. The role includes strategic planning, presentations, conference participation, and up to 40% international travel.

Administer and audit the Sales Incentive Program: run and validate commission calculations, reconcile CRM and reporting data, resolve payout inquiries, maintain compensation data integrity, support plan updates and new-hire setups, analyze trends and recommend process improvements.

Own end-to-end product marketing strategy and execution for Geotab’s public sector segments, including research, positioning, content, sales enablement, demand generation, and partner engagement. Translate buyer and market insights into segment-specific campaigns, messaging, playbooks, and launch materials. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and associations to drive public sector pipeline, acquisition, expansion, retention, and market presence while addressing government procurement, compliance, and buying-cycle requirements.
