Develop integrations, implement CloudFormation/Lambda, apply IaC and CI/CD, perform code reviews, provide technical advisory, documentation and training, and ensure secure, scalable architectures.

Lead CLM solution architecture and presales for Ironclad, DocuSign, Conga or Salesforce Contracts. Advise customers on tradeoffs, drive delivery quality, manage teams, write SOWs, oversee SDLC and program management, obtain CLM certifications, and travel up to 25% for projects and events.

Design end-to-end user experiences for Salesforce and AWS platforms (Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Amazon Connect). Lead client discovery and design sessions, create personas, journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, visual and conversational designs, maintain design systems, collaborate with developers and QA, and demonstrate business impact through storytelling.
