Serves as the primary engineering contact for strategic Azure customers, resolving critical and complex cloud incidents, troubleshooting enterprise applications and infrastructure, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing proactive architecture and deployment guidance. Partners with support, engineering, product, and customer success teams to mitigate incidents, drive corrective actions, communicate with customers, and relay product feedback to Azure engineering groups.

Oversees complex portfolios, develops multi-year strategies, manages cross-functional teams, and coaches senior sellers and account leaders while strengthening succession and organizational capabilities.
