Designs and delivers secure, scalable, resilient, and AI-ready data platform solutions on Microsoft Azure. Leads customer architecture sessions, proofs of concept, production deployments, technical enablement, and partner engagements using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Cosmos DB, and Purview. Advises stakeholders on performance, security, compliance, cost optimization, and operational readiness while supporting cloud adoption, consumption growth, and data modernization initiatives.

The role also oversees pipeline growth, strategic partnerships, customer satisfaction, talent development, and cross-functional alignment across Microsoft business segments.

Leads Site Reliability Engineering teams responsible for reliability, availability, incident response, disaster recovery, automation, telemetry, security, and compliance for Microsoft Substrate services in regulated environments. Establishes SLOs and SLIs, drives operational excellence, participates in on-call rotations, leads post-incident improvements, develops senior engineers, and influences cross-organizational engineering strategy.

Lead solution sales for Microsoft Security with enterprise customers: identify opportunities, build solutions and business cases, manage senior relationships and pipeline, collaborate with partners and internal teams, forecast and pursue high-potential accounts, and obtain relevant product/role certifications.

Design and assess secure systems for Microsoft business operations: perform threat modeling and security design assessments, drive risk-based architecture decisions, communicate risk, mentor teammates, and ensure compliance with security policies and screenings.
