Design and develop software to onboard hardware accelerators and optimize storage datapaths for Azure Storage. Drive design, debugging, performance tuning, operations, and cross-team collaboration across research, compute, and storage to improve throughput, scale, reliability, and observability.

Lead and coach specialized sales resources to drive digital transformation, close new business, and build upsell/cross-sell engines. Collaborate with data engineering to influence ingestion and transformation, translate business strategy into data solutions, and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of reporting assets.

Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across cloud and hybrid ERP environments. Troubleshoot complex, high-impact cases using Visual Studio, Azure telemetry, SQL and AI tooling; collaborate with product engineering, mentor peers, create knowledge content, drive process and product improvements, and ensure secure, compliant handling of customer data.

Lead Microsoft's global K-12 education strategy and compete motion to drive scaled AI deployments.
