The Staff Credit Policy Analyst leads the development and governance of credit policies for home loans, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Manage and scale the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and full-value awards (RSU/PSU), oversee daily equity operations, approve analyst work, lead automation and integrations, operationalize global mobility and tax sourcing, and design employee education on equity and LTI.

Sell and advise members on Life, Home, and Auto insurance via phone, email, text, and chat. Manage leads and sales pipeline, run the sales lifecycle from intake to fulfillment, identify cross-sell opportunities, and help build Protect's operational processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Manage and validate payroll tax calculations, filings, and payments; interpret multi-state payroll tax laws; support audits and SOX compliance; produce tax reports; handle escalated payroll inquiries; maintain documentation, controls, vendor relationships, and lead payroll-related projects and year-end tax processing.
