Lead Capital Markets product development by partnering with business lines, coordinating cross-functional launches, educating investors, negotiating term sheets, modeling product economics, and ensuring scalable infrastructure and reporting. Lead global compensation benchmarking, job architecture, and compensation structures. Model cash and equity programs, partner with Finance for stock-based forecasting, support executive compensation and proxy disclosures, and advise stakeholders on market practices and regulatory considerations.

Lead second-line oversight of small business credit risk through advanced analytics, monitoring KPIs/KRIs, roll rates, delinquency, and credit loss trends. Evaluate and optimize portfolio management policies, ensure regulatory readiness and adherence to risk appetite, provide data-driven challenge to first line, and communicate findings to management.

Provide licensed insurance customer support across phone, email, chat and text. Handle post-purchase tasks: billing, endorsements, coverage adjustments, renewals, retention and cross-sell opportunities. Navigate multiple carrier portals, collect documentation, monitor book of business, and resolve complex inquiries to reduce churn and support agents.
